On September 6, the final of the "magnificent new state-owned enterprise after 70 years of struggle" and "keep the original intention and keep the mission in mind" themed education speech contest was held in qinhuangdao port club. Cao haiyan, deputy secretary of the provincial state-owned assets supervision and administration commission (sasac) party committee, attended the competition and delivered a speech.
